Greene carried a no-hitter until he was taken out of the game, marking the second-longest outing where he has held the opposition hitless. The contest also saw the 23-year-old record 11 strikeouts, which tied for most of his young career. Greene’s arm helped to lead the Cincinnati Reds to a convincing 9-0 victory.
