In a very special pregame ceremony on Tuesday afternoon, the Baseball world was able to show Sarah Langs their appreciation for her endless contributions to the game. Langs and six additional women were honored on the field at Yankee Stadium - all of them diagnosed with ALS otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. On the 84th anniversary of Gehrig's iconic "Luckiest Man" speech, Langs had the opportunity to try on the Iron Horse's hat and share her ALS story.
