Manny Machado etched himself in San Diego Padres history Wednesday. In the bottom of the sixth inning, the slugger cracked a monster 401-foot shot into left-center field. The home run is the 12th of Machado’s season and the 66th of his career at Petco Park. That mark pushes him past franchise legend Adrian González for the all-time lead in homers at Petco Park.
