The Los Angeles Dodgers megastar stepped to the plate in the fifth inning and smashed a ball deep over the right-field fence during a showdown with the visiting Atlanta Braves. The 30-year-old reached the 250th home run plateau with that blast and continued to build on his career-high power surge, smacking another home run in the bottom of the seventh inning - his 38th of the year, all before September.
