Nolan Schanuel

The Angels 2023 first round MLB Draft pick continues to add to a historic start to his meteoric-rising career. First baseman Nolan Schanuel led off Monday’s game against the Texas Rangers with a double to right field, the knock extending the 21-year-old’s on-base streak to 27 consecutive games. The extra-base hit gives him the fourth longest such streak to start an MLB career and trails only Alvin Davis (47), Truck Hannah (38), and Enos Slaughter (29).
