Dane Myers of the Miami Marlins delivered a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the 10th inning on April 3, 2024, to lift the Fish over the Cardinals, 4-3. The rookie outfielder drove in the winning run on a two-out single, capping a wild rally that saw Miami erase a two-run deficit in the frame. Myers, who entered the game as a pinch-runner in the 9th, stayed in to face his first batter in extra innings and promptly drove in the go-ahead run, sending the crowd at loanDepot Park into a frenzy.
