The shortstop made history in the contest, crushing two hits with exit velocities over 120+ MPH. In fact, since Statcast launched in 2015, there have been only 20 instances of a ball hit with an exit velocity of 120+ MPH. Cruz now owns three of those, following Pittsburgh's 7-6 walk-off win.
