The 32-year-old continued his hot hitting in May on Thursday night, crushing a go-ahead two-run shot in the fourth inning against the Angels. Make it 12 doubles and 12 homers this month for Judge, tying Club icon Lou Gehrig for the same feat in July of 1930. Judge’s 24 extra-base hits in May are also the most in a calendar month since Yankees legend Joe DiMaggio recorded 31 in July of 1937.
