Lance Lynn joined an exclusive club on Tuesday in the St. Louis Cardinals game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The 37-year-old hurler notched his 2,000th career strikeout during the game, becoming just the sixth active player in MLB to do so. The milestone came in the bottom of the fourth inning, getting Jared Triolo to whiff. Lynn had a standout performance against the Pirates, tossing five innings and allowing no runs to lead his team to a 2-1 win.
