Samuel Basallo

Down to their final out in a series opener against Kansas City, the Baltimore Orioles were happy to see Samuel Basallo on their side. The Club's No. 1 prospect entering 2026 came up clutch with a game-tying RBI single in the ninth inning and a go-ahead knock three frames later. With that, Basallo propelled his squad to an eventual 7-5 extra-innings victory.
