Samuel Basallo

Knotted up 3-3 in the bottom of the eighth, Baltimore Orioles catcher Samuel Basallo saw the opportunity to get his team the lead and swung for the fences. The 21-year-old connected on a two-run screamer down the right field line and joyously tossed his bat towards his dugout before trotting around the bases, coming away with a 5-3 win over the visiting Kansas City Royals.
