Spencer Torkelson

Spencer Torkelson wanted to get in on the home-run party his teammate Hao-Yu Lee started in the seventh inning, blasting his own shot two at-bats later. The Detroit Tigers first baseman's solo homer added to his team's lead in their eventual 8-3 win over Cincinnati. Torkelson went yard for the fifth straight game, tying a franchise record for the longest such streak.
