Houston slugger Yordan Alvarez put together a first inning to remember against Kansas City. After crushing a two-run homer in his first at-bat, Alvarez followed up with a grand slam in his second. With it, he became the first player in MLB history with multiple homers, a grand slam, and six-plus RBI in a first inning, and the third in Astros history with a two-homer frame.
