Edgar Martinez delivered one of the most iconic hits in Mariners history, driving in Ken Griffey Jr. with a two-out, two-run double in the 11th inning to lift Seattle to a 6-4 victory over the Red Sox in Game 5 of the 1995 ALDS. The game-winning hit etched Martinez's name into Mariners lore and extended the series, ultimately leading to Seattle's first postseason series victory.
