Andre Dawson

After recording a stolen base in the bottom of the first inning in the showdown between the New York Mets and Chicago Cubs, Andre Dawson joined Willie Mays and Bobby Bonds as the only players in MLB history to steal 300 bases and club 300 homers. In addition, the seven-time National League All-Star became just the second player in MLB history with 300 stolen bases, 300 longballs and 2,000 career hits, along with Willie Mays. Dawson would finish the game 2-for-3 at the plate with two runs scored despite falling to the Mets, 11-5.
