The 33-year-old slugger's homer was his 250th longball of his 11-year career. J.D.'s blast would prove to be a game-winner as the Red Sox would go on to defeat the Blue Jays 8-7. On the season, Martinez is tied for the third most home runs in the League, with 12, and sits at 37 RBI which is good for second most.
