Salvador Perez continued to lead the way for the Kansas City Royals offense as the slugging catcher has now blasted two homers in back-to-back games. Perez got things going early with a solo shot in the bottom of the first inning that traveled 456 feet to center-field with an exit velocity of 107.6 mph. Then, in the bottom of the fifth inning, Salvador would connect on an outside fastball and send it just over the right-field wall for another solo blast. The Royals would go on to defeat the Minnesota Twins 6-5.
