The 7-time MLB All-Star connected on a 93-mph heater from Zach Plesac and drove it over the right-field wall for a solo blast. At 41 years and 22 days old, Cruz became the second oldest Rays batter to hit a home run trailing only Wade Boggs at age 44 years and 53 days in 1999.
