Yesterday, the Washington Nationals took on the Milwaukee Brewers and walked away victorious, thanks in no small part to key, consecutive home runs from batters Juan Soto, Nelson Cruz, and Josh Bell. In the bottom of the fifth inning, the sluggers went back-to-back-to-back, and their three longballs were good for a combined four runs, extending the Club’s lead to 8-1 on the way to their eventual 8-6 victory.
