With this effort, Votto joined Johnny Bench and Jay Bruce as the only players in franchise history to club seven homers over a five-game span. The Toronto, Canada, lefty finished his night going 2-for-3 with two runs, two walks, and three RBI to pace the Reds 8-2 victory at Wrigley Field.
