With the MLB Trade Deadline approaching, the New York Yankees made an additional splash by acquiring three-time NL All-Star and 2016 World Series champion, Anthony Rizzo. The 31-year-old slugger brings an additional left-handed presence, along with their recent acquisition of Joey Gallo, to the Yankees lineup. To add, Rizzo is an elite defender at his position of first base and will only improve the Club’s likelihood of making the Postseason.
