Joey Votto helped lead the way to the Cincinnati Reds 7-4 victory in the series opener against the Pittsburgh Pirates with a three-run blast in the bottom of the second inning. With this longball, he joined Reds legend, Frank Robinson, as the only players in franchise history to club 10 home runs in a 10-game span. Robinson accomplished this feat in his 1962 All-Star season at age 26.
