JULY 10, 2007 — At the 2001 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, Ichiro Suzuki stole the show by hitting the first inside-the-park home run in the celebratory contest’s long and storied history. Using his lightning-quick speed, Ichiro capitalized on an odd, off-the-wall bounce in the fifth inning to round the bases. Incredibly, Ichiro did so standing up, and drove in an additional run in the process, on the way to a 5-4 American League victory.
