Just one game after hitting a walk-off home run to push his Houston Astros to victory, Yordan Alvarez hit another comeback longball in last night’s Game 2 of the ALDS. In the sixth inning, with the Astros down a run, Alvarez smashed a pitch from Luis Castillo to hit his second home run of the series. His home run gave the Club a lead they’d hold onto until the end, but interestingly, it also made MLB history. Incredibly, Alvarez is now the only player to hit two go-ahead, Postseason home runs in the sixth inning or later.
