David Ortiz

Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz has passed many incredible Major League Baseball players on the career-home runs list over the course of his long and storied career. Perhaps none, however, was more memorable than when he passed fellow Red Sox power-hitter Carl Yastrzemski. During a contest between his Red Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays, Ortiz belted the 452nd and 453rd home runs of his MLB career, pushing him past Yastrzemski, whose career ended at 452 longballs.
