Edwin Díaz

A bit of Major League Baseball history was made yesterday as brothers Edwin and Alexis Díaz both recorded a save in their respective contests. Amazingly, this has only happened twice before with sibling-pairs Todd and Tim Worrell and Ravel and Josias Manzanillo, who accomplished the feat in 1997 and 1994, respectively. Edwin's save was for his New York Mets in their doubleheader's first game while Alexis' was for his Cincinnati Reds in extra innings.
