Mariano Rivera was no stranger to icing out his opponents with his incredible relief-pitching outings, and on this day in 2000, he completed a record-setting 33 and 1/3 consecutive scoreless innings in the Postseason. The contest was a New York Yankees clobbering of the Seattle Mariners in Game 3 of 2000's American League Championship series, which, with some help from Rivera, the Club won, 8-2.
