Andrew McCutchen becomes the first Pirates player to reach base safely in six consecutive plate appearances since Jason Bay in 2006. McCutchen drew a leadoff walk in the first inning, singled in the third, walked in the fifth, doubled in the sixth, singled in the seventh and walked in the eighth. He finished the game 2-for-3 with two walks, a double and a run scored.
