Noelvi Marte

Last night, in Game 2 of his Cincinnati Reds doubleheader clash with the Angels, fresh-faced shortstop Noelvi Marte picked up the first RBI of his Major League Baseball career. In the eighth inning, Marte connected with a pitch for an infield grounder, and although he was thrown out at first, he scored teammate TJ Hopkins to double his team's lead en route to their eventual victory, 7-3.
