Sal Stewart

Sal Stewart continues his standout rookie campaign, this time lifting the Cincinnati Reds to a 5-3 win. In the 11th frame of a 3-3 contest with the San Diego Padres, the slugger belted a go-ahead two-run homer, allowing the Reds bullpen to lock down the victory. “This was the epitome of a team win,” Stewart said postgame. “I’m proud to call these guys my teammates.”
