Esmerlyn Valdez continues to rake. Pittsburgh's outfielder blasted two homers and racked up six RBI in Game 1 of a doubleheader against Milwaukee, including a go-ahead grand slam in the seventh frame to seal a 7-6 win. He'd later launch a two-run blast in Game 2, a 3-2 victory. Valdez's 10 homers are three more than any other Pirates player in his first 27 career games.
