Ivan Rodriguez

APRIL 13, 1999 — Ivan was a one-man wrecking crew as the Rangers headed up to Seattle to begin their three-game series. In the 15-6 victory, Rodriguez, who went 4-for-5, set a team record with nine RBI. What was most impressive was that he collected them all in the first three innings – a three-run HR in the first, a two-run single in the second and a grand slam in the third.
