Down by one in the top of the eighth inning and with one runner on, Albert knew that he was in a spot to give his team the lead with one swing. It just happened to be a historic one to boot. Pujols' two-run homer gave the Angels a 4-3 lead over the Colorado Rockies and the longball tied him with Hall-of-Famer Willie Mays for fifth all-time in career home runs with 660. The 40-year-old designated hitter now has four longballs on the season and his next one will see him surpass the 24-time MLB All Star.
