Albert Pujols passed yet another incredible milestone in yesterday's game between his St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs. Pujols, who was called in to replace teammate Corey Dickerson, who had reported soreness in his left calf, made his 3,000th Major League Baseball appearance. Incredibly, the long-time veteran is one of just two current players with more than 2,500 MLB appearances under his belt. Despite losing this first game of a doubleheader, Pujols' historic appearance gave Cardinals fans something to celebrate.
