The 2022 MLB All-Star Game was rife with memorable moments and many career-first selections for multiple standout players; however, last night was also the last showing of two MLB All-Star Game veterans, Albert Pujols and Miguel Cabrera. Pujols' 11th MLB All-Star Game appearance was special, playing in front of his once-home crowd at Dodger Stadium. Similarly, Miguel Cabrera made his 12th MLB All-Star Game appearance to much fanfare and applause. Both veterans connected with pitches, and despite not reaching base safely, made the most of their final MLB All-Star Games.
