Jasson Domínguez・Ronny Mauricio・Austin Wells

As the calendar flips to September, fresh new faces don Major League Baseball uniforms for the first time and Friday night saw an impressive New York-based trio make quite a first impression. Down in Houston, the tandem of Jasson Dominguez and Austin Wells provided quite a punch for the Yankees lineup. Dominguez arrived as advertised, smoking a home run on his first career swing, while Wells called a great game behind the dish and picked up his first career hit. Meanwhile, up in Queens, Mauricio made MLB history when his 117.3 MPH double qualified as the hardest first career hit in the Statcast era.
