Facing Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan, Greinke threw the 50,000th pitch of his MLB career. The 39-year-old is just the 17th pitcher to reach the figure since 1988 (when the number was first tracked) and joins former teammate Justin Verlander as the only other active pitcher on the list.
