Zack Greinke

Zack Greinke looked like the spry, 20-year-old who first donned a Kansas City Royals uniform in 2004 on Sunday against the New York Yankees. Now 39 years of age and in his second trip with the team, the hurler tossed five innings, allowing just one run and four hits while striking out two batters. The performance led to the 225th career victory for the six-time MLB All-Star in the team’s final game of the season. Greinke ranks second in wins among active players, trailing only Justin Verlander.
