Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Charlie Morton had an incredible outing in Tuesday’s bout between his Club and the New York Mets. Over the course of his six-and-2/3-inning performance, Morton fanned a jaw-dropping 12 Mets batters while allowing just three hits and one walk. Morton’s lights out performance did much to quell his opponents’ offense, and as a result, Morton took home the sixth win of his 2022 Major League Baseball campaign as per his Club’s 5-0 victory.
