Atlanta Braves fans rejoiced when Max Fried made his return to a Major League Baseball diamond after a three-month stint on the injured list on Friday. It's safe to say, Fried came back with a vengeance, fanning eight Chicago Cubs batters over six scoreless frames. Additionally, Fried allowed just three hits over the course of his outing and his jaw-dropping return was supported by some tremendous offense, leading the Club to their 70th victory of the 2023 MLB campaign, 8-0.
